My Role
Maintained and scaled the core site experience, including localization and accessibility for global audiences
Led design and QA of multilingual pages using AI-assisted translation workflows and accessibility tools
Created weekly insight content for D³’s partner companies, leveraging AI tools to generate, refine, and publish visual and written content
Supported the workplace productivity ecosystem by implementing AI-enhanced design systems and automations (e.g., layout templates, branded content kits)
Led creative production for social, event, and internal communications—powered by scalable design templates and automated asset generation
Delivered monthly analytics reports using GA4 and AI summarization tools, helping the comms and leadership teams optimize performance and reach

What I Learned
Designing for an academic institution meant balancing structure with storytelling. I learned to lead through ambiguity, juggle content needs with UX priorities, and make design decisions that impact real users — from research fellows to policy leaders.
